Case Study 1

At Complete Joinery Limited we work on a national scale with Landlords, Local Authorities and their partners to maintain homes as part of the Decent Homes project. From the very start of a refurbishment until the property is handed back to the client we strive to achieve an excellent standard of workmanship and communication with all stakeholders helping to develop a sense of inclusion. We have helped improve over 9000 homes and intent to improve many more. As well as providing improvements to individual homes we help to improve communities in a number of ways. This includes employing local labour, sponsorship of local events and other community initiatives.

Case Study 2

Fully project managed refurbishment and decoration of a beautiful period property in Mansfield Woodhouse.
We worked with the client to identify a programme of work required to transform this Georgian property into luxury accommodation. After making repairs to the buildings structure our craftsmen then went on to refurbish and repair fixtures and fittings ensuring that the building retained its period charm. Our interior designers then liaised with the client to identify full colour schemes and furnishings to achieve a contemporary, yet sympathetic style throughout the property. This project was completed to our high standards, on time on within budget leaving our client extremely happy with the entire experience.

Case Study 3

Refurbishment and development at the University of Derby.
The undertaking of the large project offered us the opportunity to showcase the skills and experience that our team has built. With an excellent project management team in place we deployed a large team of joiners, plumbers, electricians and decorators and completed the refurbishment of the hall of residents at the University. Much to the amazement of the Universities staff we delivered our eight week contract to an exceptional standard of quality, within budget and one week ahead of schedule.
